Tisdale Day Camps 2026

Grades K - 6 (Drama Camp: Grades K - 12 and Applied Engineering Camp: Grades 6-12)

July 7, 14 & 21: Torch Trail Bible Camp

July 8, 15 & 22: In Tisdale

July 9, 16 & 23: Stoney Lake Bible Camp

August 4-7: Drama Camp and Applied Engineering Camp

August 10-13 Stoney Lake Bible Camp

August 17-18: Creekside Equine (Melfort, SK)

August 19-20: Stoney Lake Bible Camp

 

RAIN or SHINE we are going to camp. Some activities may be altered

**Children do not need to attend each day. You can decide which day(s) your child will attend.

***However, for the best experience, most campers attend every day during the Drama & Applied Engineering Camps.

Courtesy bussing service provided for all camps!

 

Where?

"Home Base" will be the Tisdale Alliance Church. Parents can drop off and pick up children there.

 

Cost?

$45 per day per child.

Make cheques payable to Tisdale Day Camps Inc. OR e-Transfer monies to tisdaledaycamps@sasktel.net

One total receipt will be issued by November 30, 2026

 

How many campers can attend each day?

Program space is limited to:

• 24/day @ Torch Trail (Tuesdays)
• 24/day @ Tisdale (Wednesdays)
• 24/day @ Stoney Lake (Thursdays)
• 24/day @ Drama week
• 12/day @ Applied Engineering week
• 30/day @ Stoney Lake week
• 30/day @ Creekside Equine
• 30/day @ Stoney Lake

 

What does my child need to bring?

Bag lunch including drink and snack. Water will be available.

Please note that afternoon snacks on each day will be provided and is included in fee.

Weather appropriate clothing including bug spray, light jacket, hat, swim suit and towel.

For the Torch days, campers MUST bring long pants. Helmets & cowboy boots provided at camp.

For the Creekside days, campers MUST bring long pants and closed toe shoes or cowboy boots. Helmets will be provided.

 

How and when do I register?

You MUST pre-register and pre-pay. It is first-come first-served, and space is limited.

Payment must accompany registration form in order for us to reserve your spot.

Registration forms are available June 1st at various locations in Tisdale and online

 

How can I contact my child during the Day of Camp?

In the case of an emergency and you must contact your child, there will be emergency numbers available for you to call.

 

A Typical STONEY Day

• 8:50 - Register/Ice Breaker Games
• 9:00 - Load the bus/Leave for Stoney
• 10:10 - Arrive at Stoney/Divide into Groups
• 10:30 - Activity #1: archery, kayaking, obstacle course, etc.
• 11:15 - Chapel (Bible Story/Singing)
• 11:45 - Bag Lunch
• 12:15 - Activity #2: barn, wide games, bumper balls, etc.
• 1:00 - Activity #3: beach time, pushing dock, swing, swimming, waterslide
• 2:30 - Activity #4: crafts, wall climbing, etc.
• 3:15 - Tuck--candy/chocolate bars/pop (included in price)
• 3:50 - Group photo/Load the bus and head back
• 5:00 - Parents pick up children at Tisdale Alliance Church

 

A Typical TORCH Day

• 8:50 - Register/Ice Breaker Games
• 9:00 - Load the bus/Leave for Torch
• 10:15 - Arrive at Torch/Divide into groups
• 10:30 - Activity #1: crafts, hike, playground, wide games, etc.
• 11:15 - Bag Lunch
• 11:45 - Bible Story/Singing
• 12:30 - Activity #2: swimming in pool
• 1:30 - Activity #3: GR A - horseback riding / GR B - archery, bumper balls, pedal cars, wall climbing, wagon rides, etc.
• 2:30 - Activity #4: GR A - horseback riding / GR B - archery, bumper balls, pedal cars, wall climbing, wagon rides, etc.
• 3:30 - Tuck--candy, chocolate bars/ice-cream/pop/Tim Horton's cookie/juice (included in price)
• 3:45 - Group photo/Load the bus and head back
• 5:00 - Parents pick up children at Tisdale Alliance Church

 

A Typical TISDALE Day

• 8:50 - Register/Ice-breaker games
• 9:30 - Melfort children arrive/Activity #1: climbing wall or bumper balls
• 10:30 - Snack break @ the Alliance Church
• 10:45 - Activity #2: crafts, drama or games
• 11:30 - Playground @ Tisdale Elementary School
• 12:15 - Bag Lunch
• 12:45 - Bible Story/Singing
• 1:15 - Activity #3: archery @ Tisdale Rec-Plex indoor range or hike @ Kinsmen Park
• 2:30 - Activity #4: swimming @ outdoor pool
• 3:30 - Head back to church
• 4:15 - Snack provided (DQ Dilly Bars)
• 4:20 - Pack up/Melfort kids leave
• 5:00 - Goodbyes

 

A Typical CREEKSIDE Day

• 9:00 - Register/Ice-breaker Games
• 9:15 - Load the bus/Leave for Creekside Equine
• 10:00 - Arrive @ Creekside Equine/Divide into Groups
• 10:15 - Activity #1: Horses/Bumper Balls/Wall Climbing/Crafts/Games
• 11:15 - Activity #2: Horses/Bumper Balls/Wall Climbing/Crafts/Games
• 12:15 - Bag Lunch
• 12:45 - Bible Story/Singing
• 1:15 - Activity #3: Horses/Bumper Balls/Wall Climbing/Crafts/Games
• 2:15 - Activity #4: Horses/Bumper Balls/Wall Climbing/Crafts/Games
• 3:15 - Snack provided
• 3:50 - Group photo/Load the bus and head back
• 4:30 - Arrive back in Tisdale/play games
• 5:00 - Parents pick up children at Tisdale Alliance Church
