Ownership:
Tisdale Day Camps Inc., is a Non-profit Charitable Corporation governed by a Board of Directors and officially began in January 2008.
Mission Statement:
To provide wholesome fun activities for children, youth and families while catering to the spiritual, physical, emotional and intellectual needs of these same groups.
The more specific mission statement for the children's summer day camps is as follows:
To provide an eight hour day filled with wholesome fun activities, during the summer holidays, which will expose children to summer camp, while catering to the spiritual, physical, intellectual, and emotional needs of children between the ages of Kindergarten through Grade 5; and futhermore, will alleviate some of the pressure working parents feel in knowing their children will be well cared for and well supervised for the whole day.

*We believe that the primary purpose of this Corporation is to provide wholesome fun activities for
children, youth and families while catering to the spiritual, physical, emotional and intellectual needs of
these same groups.
Future Plans:
PHASE I:
To offer primarily children’s day camps for the summer of 2008.
-We have accomplished this phase.
PHASE 2:
To expand the Day Camps to include all 3 target groups: Children, Youth and Families throughout the fall, winter and spring season, particularly on school holidays.
-In 2009, we have implemented a full summer Youth Program.
-In the fall of 2010, we implemented a fall program for children.
PHASE 3:
To potentially acquire real property in Tisdale and/or set up various permanent program facilities.
-In 2011, we acquired a 28' portable climbing wall which will be used extensively in our summer day camp programs and also in various new avenues in which the whole community will benefit from this wall climbing experience.
